Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. I require a credit card to reserve appointments for all clients. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, I require a 24 hour notice. A $25 fee will be charged to the card on file for appointments cancelled under 24 hours. A $50 fee will be charged to the card on file for all no call/no show appointments. Late arrivals will be taken by situation, due to honoring the next guests appointment time.
